Exploring Virtual Tourism: 360-Degree Live Streaming
This project was a test of live streaming using a 360-degree camera, exploring the potential for immersive virtual tourism experiences. Imagine renting a live-streamed adventure by the hour, complete with controller interaction to choose your direction and explore in real time.
While the goal was to create a fully immersive experience using a VR headset, I quickly discovered that motion sickness remains a significant challenge—one that requires more thoughtful experience design to overcome.
